Meet Stacey & Matt – The Little Donut Co.
We’re Stacey and Matt — partners in life, love, and mini donuts.

With Stacey’s 20‑years‑strong donut know‑how (cheers Mum) and our tiny trailer that somehow has more personality than both of us, we travel around making fresh, warm, made‑to‑order mini donuts for anyone who fancies a little joy.

We’ve had our share of “adventures” — including trailer wheels that apparently exist nowhere else on Earth and getting stuck in the mud - but honestly, we wouldn’t change a thing. This little business lets us meet amazing people, explore new places, and share something we genuinely love.

When we’re not frying donuts, you’ll find us at our allotment growing fruit and veg for our jams and toppings, or curled up at home gaming together or getting lost in a cosy Netflix night.

We can’t wait to meet you and brighten your day with something warm, sweet, and made with a lot of heart.

The Little Urban Maker

There’s a woman tucked away not far from here, in a spot where back gardens, allotments and old brick terraces all meet. She never planned on running a business. She just liked turning whatever the neighbours grew — apples, berries, rhubarb, anything going spare — into something tasty.

Bit by bit, her jars started piling up. Friends wanted some. Then friends of friends. And when work got thin and the world seemed to have no place for her, she made her own place instead. She called it Maidens Fayre.
Most of her fruit comes from round the way — gardens, community plots, local growers, even the market when there’s a good glut. She keeps her food local because it just feels right. Every jar is vegan‑friendly, every batch made by her own hands, and if you’ve got allergies, she knows exactly what’s gone in.
What began as a hobby became her lifeline. Now she stands at her stall with rows of chutneys, jams and marmalades, each one a little bit of local flavour saved from going to waste.

And she’ll always say the same thing:
“Come have a taste — that’s the best way to know.”
