🐬 Building the Future Together

Last week we brought our engineers together for an interactive workshop focused on one thing – shaping the future of Dolphin.

The day was built around listening to the people who know our customers best. Together we explored what makes a brilliant repair experience, the promises we make to every customer, and the ideas that will help us continue improving the way we work.

It was also a great opportunity to celebrate success, recognising outstanding customer feedback through our Trustpilot reviews and congratulating our Quarterly Award Winners for their fantastic achievements.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed their ideas, experiences and passion. The future of Dolphin is built together. 🐬💙

🐾 Going the extra mile for our communities 🐾

Today, one of our engineers spotted a lost dog wandering on a busy road. Concerned for its safety, he stopped what he was doing, secured the dog, and drove out of his way to reunite it with its very grateful owner.
This simple act perfectly reflects the values we strive to live by every day:

Care – looking out for the wellbeing of others, whether they're customers, colleagues, or even four-legged friends.

Involvement – stepping in and taking action when help is needed.

Adaptability – responding quickly to an unexpected situation.
