Announcement & Farewell from Bracey’s Garden Centre, please read.
It’s been over 60 years since our family acquired Bracey’s Nurseries. From growing and selling wholesale in the 1960’s to venturing into the retail sector in the late 1990’s. Our customer base over the last 60 years has been loyal & supportive. We could not have asked for more and we thank you all for your custom.
We housed our very own Lavender Tea Rooms, serving freshly made dinners with homemade deserts. We’ve sold hot tubs, we sold sheds, we’ve sold and grown more plants than we can remember.
Whether you popped in to say hello or you brought a card, a furniture set or a summer bedding pack. Your support to shop local, especially throughout this current pandemic and across these 60 years has been truly unforgettable. There is no doubt, we will miss your humour, our chats and your support.
As many of you know, we have been planning to retire and subject to completing the sale of our land. This sale is nearing completion and our plans were to re-open in the spring, however this sale has progressed and we can confirm that we will be closing the Bracey’s business and not re-opening in 2021.
