A slightly different feature ceiling light here that the customer wanted down in Devon, mixing the bespoke pendant and this raised art tiles with LED tape behind, it really helps light the space up and wash the walls different colours when something more 'moody' is required!

The Touch Flex switch allows more detailed buttons to be created with us to best suit your home and needs. Great for office spaces, hotels or other commercial spaces but in this case; makes a fantastic addition to this bedroom with full control over everything even without seeing the system before.

Called out to a very concerned customer recently that the system was sending notifications of a possible leak. During our service we found that tap connector under the kitchen sink had started to fail after only 14 months.
Slow drip from the corroded part worked its way down and followed the path of the underside kitchen units. Thankfully this was caught early enough and should dry out nicely.
Glad we had installed these water sensors around the property!

Take it one step further and even shut off the water in the event of a larger leak or your not home? Speak to us about how we protect your home or business.

Found yourself yelling any of the following?

Put a jumper on!

Who left the lights on?

Were you born in a barn?

If so, we feel you. However, we also know that a smart home can save you both energy and money, while delivering a level of at home comfort that you don't even have to think about.

Imagine a life where you don't have to follow your kids around turning off the lights. An Amica Smart Home will do it for you.

Our Two Top Tips For Before Starting Construction.

1. Engage with us early. Write down everything you want your new smart home to do, then contact us, before construction starts.

If you are undertaking a self-build or renovation project, you want to establish what systems will be fitted where. This, in turn, will indicate what wire will need to be pulled where.

2. Meet with all parties. To ensure your project runs as smoothly as possible, we recommend arranging a meeting with all parties involved in your construction early in the process. This provides an opportunity to eliminate any uncertainties that anyone may have and ensure a smooth start to building.
