No car boot today. Forecast is for rain🌧️
Shoreham Flyover is cancelled today. Hopefully, next Sunday will be dry🤞.
It’s not raining yet, but I can’t risk getting my bulbs wet, so I’m not going out anywhere else today.
Plenty to do at the nursery 🌱🌱🌱🪴
and plenty more bulbs to bag up. 🌷🪻🌼
I can now start to list my bulb varieties which I have for sale.
I’ll start with my standard height daffs 🌼
KING ALFRED :popular, large, single, completely yellow flowers ,
YELLIW CHEERFULNESS :Double yellow , smaller flowers, but multi headed, so 2-3 flowers per stem. Lovely fragrance
SIR WINSTON CHURCHILL : Double white flowers, multi headed, 2-3 to a stem . Lovely fragrance
DELNASHAUGH : an unusual coloured daffodil, large , double flowers, one to a stem, highly fragrant
MIXED DAFFODILS. A random mix of varieties .
DOUBLE MIXED. A random mix of double varieties .

I had a nice busy morning at Ford yesterday.
The forecast tomorrow (Saturday) is good, so I’ll be going to Broadwater Green.
The rest of my bulbs have arrived over the past couple of days ( another 6 big boxes)
I can now start posting the varieties which I have available .
Lovely sunny end to the day, but it’s getting dark really early now 🙁

Lovely busy morning at Ford this morning for the first outing with my bulbs.🌷🪻🌼
I was too busy to be able to take many photos. I’ll try and take some better ones tomorrow.
It was Perfect weather, sunny and warm but not too hot .
I’ve still got a few odd things to come, but most things are now bagged and available.
Tall and short Tulips 🌷and Daffs 🌼
Favourites such as snowdrops, bluebells, snakehead fritillaries, crocus, Muscari, dwarf and Dutch iris, alliums, prepared and ordinary hyacinths 🪻, I also have a small quantity of the large growing fritillaries and a few other things.
I’ll be at Shoreham Flyover Car boot sale tomorrow, Sunday
and weather permitting , will be at
Ford on Thursday,
Broadwater Green on Saturday ( last sale there this year)
Shoreham Flyover on Sunday for their final sale of the year.
🤞for a dry week.

I’ve been extremely busy packing my bulbs.
I’ve got some of everything in bags now, and will be taking them to Ford in the morning ( Saturday).
Weather permitting, I’ll be at Shoreham Flyover on Sunday .
I still have a few varieties which I’m waiting to arrive. But I had a quick count-up and I have around 80 different varieties to choose from.

Unfortunately, I’m. Not going to get to Broadwater Green tomorrow.
It’s taking me longer than expected to get all of my bulbs packed.
I had is problem getting to the Nursey on Thursday and Friday , due to traffic , so I’m a bit behind schedule.
Weather forecast is mixed this week, but if it’s dry, I’m planning on going to Ford on Thursday and Saturday and to Shoreham Flyover on Sunday with my bulbs and a selection of Plants

Due to today's prolonged rain leaving wet ground conditions plus multiple forecasts suggesting possibility of showers tomorrow morning we are CANCELLING this Sunday's (30th Aug) sale.

Our next scheduled sale will be on Sunday 6th September

PLEASE NOTE This doesnt affect the number of sales we will hold. We aim to have 2 more sales before the end of the season.

I’m not at Ford this morning, I’m sorting out my bulbs. 🌷🪻🌼
Yesterday, my pallet of bulbs arrrived.
Most things are there, but I still have a few things which I’m waiting for.
The quality of the bulbs looks as good as they usually are. It takes me a while to print all the labels off and to count and pack the bulbs , but I’m hoping to have them ready for selling at the weekend.
Weather permitting (Although it’s not looking very promising at the moment🌧️)
I will be at Shoreham Flyover on Sunday and Broadwater Green on Monday.
My son is off travelling again, so won’t be out selling, as I have a. Gatwick airport ✈️run to do on Saturday .
The flyover was very busy again last Sunday. It was sold out again , and extremely busy with buyers. When it’s so busy, it’s impossible to get any sort of signal there , so I can’t post anything while I’m there.
