Another commercial project completed in Blackburn, and this one is all about the detail. 👏

Our team installed LVT flooring, safety vinyl and Danfloor commercial carpet throughout the offices, walkways and breakout areas, creating a practical, hard-wearing finish with clearly defined zones for a busy commercial space. 🏢

The groundwork was just as important as the visible finish, with careful subfloor build-up and levelling providing the smooth, stable foundation needed for a premium result. Proper preparation really does make all the difference. 🛠️

The contemporary LVT keeps the entrances and walkways looking sharp, while the Danfloor carpet adds warmth, comfort and acoustic benefits to the office and seating areas. Safety vinyl was used where durability and performance were essential. 👌

Finished with antique brass stair rods and transition strips, the detailing brings the whole project together beautifully: smart, durable and ready for everyday commercial use. ✨

This completed herringbone LVT installation brings a classic, timeless pattern to an open-plan kitchen and living space. The warm finish works brilliantly around the kitchen island, through the doorway and into the new black entrance matting. 🏡✨

Before the flooring went down, the concrete base was carefully prepared with a smoothing compound. This helps create the flat, solid and long-lasting foundation needed for a premium finish and dependable performance. 🛠️

It’s all in the preparation, and the finished result is looking bang on trend! 🙌
