If you ever have an issue with a product from Carly's Creation Station and it is deemed as a product fault please let me know ASAP and we can try to rectify the problem as soon as we can. Our cold cups have a 3 month warranty - if the vinyl begins to peel quickly in this time frame then it will be redone for you at no cost, however if I can identify that the care instructions have not been followed resulting in the removal of the vinyl this will then be excluded from the warranty.

Hi all, sorry for the radio silence I’ve had a lot going on the past month and a bit from work being crazy, to my car be written off and sourcing another to other more personal bits.. it’s been a crazy ride🤦🏼‍♀️ fingers crossed to be getting back on the band wagon again.
