We LOVE working with fresh ingredients — and this morning our lovely neighbours dropped off a fresh batch of raspberries from their allotment, grown right here in South Shields!

We’ve turned them into a fresh raspberry ganache, paired with Manjari 64% dark chocolate — a beautiful Madagascan chocolate with naturally fruity, red berry notes.

Each little box contains four handmade chocolates — two finished in milk chocolate and two in dark chocolate — so you get both versions of the pairing.

Fresh, seasonal, local and made in a tiny batch. Exactly the kind of ingredients we love working with! These are available in our shop from tomorrow!
