Today I celebrate the two most important people in my life, my angels 🪽💖

Two years for dad last night, three years for mam this morning. The tears still flow, the hugs are still craved, but my heart is filled with love and gratitude knowing they are still beside me every day, still guiding me and still telling me off when needed 🫣

This week I have been kind to myself and the page has been quiet, normal service will resume tomorrow. Thank you for all the love and support you show Inspired by Angels, it is truly appreciated and never taken for granted.

A foot bath filled with rose petals, jasmine and mugwort is what greeted me when I visited Om Shanti on Saturday morning. I was full of life when I arrived but 5 minutes into the Thai foot massage I was close to snoring! How does that work? Whatever the answer it is the most relaxed I've felt in a long time 💖. I can't thank Henrike Carmichael enough for the consistently high quality treatments she always provides for me. Wonder which treatment I'll try next 🤔 there's just so much choice!
