‼️IMPORTANT READ ‼️

My heart is breaking I’ve had a few messages this year from some lovely people, about memory keepsakes they have had made and are now fallen apart or very poorly made. They have asked if I would be able to fix them or redo them.

My response as always is send me pictures of the items and the height and width and let’s see what we can do. I am always here to help and I will always try to recreate the memory keepsakes sometimes it isn’t always possible but I’m always full of ideas so you get something.

So, why am I telling you this??

When you want something made from loved ones items once they are cut and made into items unfortunately a lot of people out their have little to no experience when making these items and use other creators photos or even AI these days.

Things to ask your creator and my answers::
1. How many years experience do you have making memory keepsakes?
A1. I have over 6 years experience.
2. What do you do with the left over items not used?
A2. I gave you the choice for the non used and left over material to be sent back to you with your items just incase you want anymore made in the future.
3. Can you send me original pictures of your work and close ups of stitching?
A3. I always use original pictures on my social media and yes 💯I can send you some close ups of the fine detailing.
4. Have you worked with similar items as the ones I want to send?
A4. When placing your order I will always let you know what items can be used and can’t be used for each specific keepsake.
5. How much creative input will I have?
A5. All my keepsakes are made 100% with your ideas and input at every stage and progress photos of your keepsake journey are always available if you want me to send them.
6. Can I call you to go through exactly what I would like?
A6. 100% with all orders I give this options and then send a confirmation message of what was discussed on the phone.
7. How do I get my items to you and How are my items stored while in your care?
A7. I always ask every customer to put the items in a waterproof bag/carrier bag then box with your name and order number given at the time of deposit is paid and send items recorders delivery send me the delivery details and I will message as soon as they are received my end. Your items are then stored in their packaging in my sewing room which is located in my house until I start your order. If your packaging is damaged or wet I will let you know and transfer the items in sealable bags.

So….. I hope this helps you all when choosing your creator for your beautiful keepsakes.
