Last daytime Carlton place market of the year and we had the biggest one yet, it’s been really nice seeing people get used to us being at the market every month and having people excitedly come back to visit us to pick up monthly beans!
It’s also been a really great pleasure to see other businesses do so well at the market and get to know some of Southampton’s finest independents as well!

Thanks to the team CARLTON PLACE COLLECTIVE for putting on such a lovely event each month, we’ve got lots more events booked in over the next few months so we’ll be popping up near you soon!

WHAT A DAY! We had such an exceptional time at Bristol Coffee Festival on Saturday, we met so many lovely people, made and tasted a lot of delicious brews and we even SOLD OUT of everything! (Including our new tees designed by Ngaia Eleanor that we were going to launch this week but now we need to order more!)
Thankyou so much to everyone who stopped by the stand, we we overwhelmed with how positive everybody was towards us and our roastery. We’ve had a bit of a crazy few weeks so, this was such an immense pleasure to be a part of something so positive like this and we are so grateful to the absolute icon Joana Vieiralves for putting on a spectacular show yet again!
We will definitely be back next time!

Launching today at Bristol Coffee Festival our first ever Colombia Gesha 🇨🇴 from producer Edward Montiel ‘Las Codornices’ tastes like Tropical Juice and Wine Gums
Try it on the 1st floor with Nick brewing up some sensational hand brews and chatting all things coffee. However, if you aren’t in the south west today - we’ve launched it online today as well!
We are very excited about this one and it’s an extremely limited release so get it whilst you can!

Catch our brews on guest coffee at the wonderful Gather in Boorley Green from this week! We are old friends with Suz and the team at Gather and are so excited to be featured on their shelf and bar 🙏 drop by their space in the community centre!

What a wonderful day we had serving coffee at the MHAC RUN CLUB today at Dummer Down Farm - we were so happy serving coffee to everyone both pre and post run 🏃
We hope you enjoyed all the brews and beans, we just wanted to say thankyou to the whole MHAC team for organising and putting on a welcoming and fun day!

You may have seen the news about the Hampshire Pantry closing, we want you all to rest assured that Blue Hour will continue roasting exceptional coffee and will continue delivering to your local cafes and homes.
We have both enjoyed our time at the Hampshire Pantry and we are so grateful for the incredible team and management for helping us to grow and develop as a business over the last two years.
As for the staff and customers to the pantry, we are thankful for every single person who bought coffee bags or drinks from HP, the joy shared by everyone that visited spurred us on into making Blue Hour what it is today.
We are saddened to hear that this particular iteration of HP is coming to an end but, we look forward to the future and whatever comes next for the amazing team here, all of which we have made lasting connections and friendships that will last a long time, you can be sure that whatever comes next for HP we will be right beside them in everything they do 💚
We have worked to make sure there will be no interruptions in service from ourselves in delivering your coffee, however if you wish to purchase and collect bags from HP or our roastery we will continue until the end of September.
We’ll be announcing details of our new location very soon and we are very excited by the next stage of Blue Hour!
