I worked at the Daily Echo as an Advertising Executive.
There are some wonderful memories in the list of names.

YES, we still have the Echo Clock. We did alot of work on it and it is storage until we get some free time to finish it.

Van Life with "Ruby 2"

We had a very productive day working our vintage stock and then we headed to Calshot for fish and chips and an ice cream. Perfect.

At 12 years old our Jack Russell, Peggy, has found she likes putting her head out the window when we are driving! 😃

The new stock will go in the "shop shop " after church in the morning.

Here's an interesting thing

From what I have found so far, this is an investiture scroll to the the RAF by King George for Harold Eric Barker in April 1939.
I haven't found him listed in the Battle of Britain pilots by my work continues!

This is for sale but not in the shop yet.

What an awesome day!

Its so weird but I really enjoyed 6 solid hours of removing resin concrete from the back of "Ruby 2" our VW T5 Transporter, new works wagon.

There's alot more to do but thats the heaviest amounts done and I found tie downs that I didnt know were there!

Now for a bit of Matt Armstrong and see if I can find the rear and side load bay trims.
