Easter Eggs are now available to buy from our website! With three tasty flavours to choose from, which one would you pick? Milk chocolate and honeycomb, white chocolate and raspberry, or dark chocolate and orange? 🥚

Can anyone else believe that it's MARCH ALREADY?! That means Easter is coming soon, which can only mean one thing... Easter Eggs! 🐣

I had so much fun creating custom Easter eggs last year that I'm going to do something similar this year! Except rather than designing your own eggs, I'll come up with three different eggs for you to pick and choose between! I have some ideas but i'd love to hear yours too - I'll put a wee box up on my story for you to put your ideas 👀

I always find it so satisfying when I splash the cocoa butter onto the moulds and it all lines up, like a Jackson Po***ck painting. 👩🏼‍🎨

Firstly a huge thank you to everyone that has already pre-ordered themselves a box of our Christmas Collection! 🎅

And secondly, just to let you all know that I will no longer be taking any orders for the Christmas Collection from this coming Monday, the 13th of December! 😱

I'm hoping to get all orders made within the next week, then shipped out for postage customers a few days afterwards. Any local orders will be delivered week commencing the 20th of December! 🎉

Last but not least, let me introduce you to our Ginger Caramel bonbon, available in our Christmas Collection! 🎅

I adapted the recipe for our Salted Caramel bonbons by adding some stem ginger and ground ginger to the mix, and oh my gosh this one is gooooood. Warming and gingery without the spicy flavour you can sometimes get!

Paired with a dark chocolate shell this is a serious flavour bomb 💣

It's only available in our Christmas Collection boxes, which are in short supply! If you want to try this bonbon, along with our Milk Chocolate & Prosecco bonbon and the Brandy & Nutmeg Eggnog bonbon, make sure you place your pre-order as soon as possible!

Introducing the second flavour in our Christmas Collection, the Milk Chocolate & Prosecco bonbon! 🥂

A thin milk chocolate shell that's filled with a smooth milk chocolate and prosecco ganache. I made this exact bonbon for a custom order in the summer and thought it was DIVINE. And what better time to bring out a prosecco bonbon than Christmas? There always seems to be a bottle of something bubbly going around at Xmas 🥴

Here's a cut through of our Brandy & Nutmeg Eggnog Bonbon, available in our Christmas Collection!

These shells are a bit too thick, but I wanted to show you all the tasty insides. White chocolate shell filled with brandy and nutmeg white chocolate ganache, with a touch of Irish cream added to make it even yummier!

Long time no speak! 👋

After a hectic summer at my full time job, I'm ready to spend a bit of time making bonbons for you lovely lot again!

Packaging up two orders for postage/delivery today. One is a surprise for a close friend of mine (I wonder if they're reading this... 🤔) and the other is for a new customer trying our products for the first time. He's been incredibly patient so I hope he enjoys his sweet treats!
