Well it's finally happened! We have just filled our jar with the last bag of coconut mushrooms 😭

For those who don't know, Barratts decided to discontinued both coconut mushrooms and soft candy sticks earlier this year. We immediately tried to buy what stock we could and today it is the very last bag.

It has taken us 19 years to realise that the stem of a coconut mushroom is the same as a soft candy stick!

This is the end of an era, and unfortunately is just one of the many signs that our sweet traditions are at risk

These are now called cream savers and although we do not have the strawberry and cream, we do have my personal favourite the chocolate and caramel cream and the peaches and cream.

Just a quick update from Fredericks!

We’ll be closed for the next two Sundays while we carry out some exciting upgrades to our kitchen. 👷‍♂️🔨

But don’t worry — we’re open as usual on all other days, so you can still pop in and see us throughout the week. ☕🍰🍫
