Hello, It's been a while.
I have repaired the old advent calendar that some of you may remember I used to put in the shop window at this time of year?
Well I've spruced it up and changed it a little bit and I have it on show at Grove Services next door to Boots Chemist.
If you'd like to see it again please pop in and have a look.

I've already opened two doors as it's December 2nd I will be posting a picture every day like I used to.
Let me know if you'd like me to open a door for you as I did at Sweeties.

There's still a few things left Santa Cones are running out fast, only about 8 left, there's Walnut Whips, Sugar Mice, New Berry Fruits and Turkish Delight etc. We are open today as normal and from 10-2 tomorrow.

So I’m all set up at Grove Services, between Boots chemist and Superpet with what I have left from Saturday. Either my husband or myself will be there so please come along and see us.

Sad day people, I have decided to close Sweeties after nine wonderful years, I will miss it but mostly I'll miss my lovely customers.
It has taken a long time to come to this decision but the increasing price of confectionary, lack of supply and a lot of favourites that are no longer available has been the driving force behind my closing the business.
I have left it until late to say this because I don't like goodbyes.
I'd like to thank you for your support over the years and also your support for my niece Kate, and Carole, who started the business 15 years ago.

I've had a great time, thank you. Hope to see some of you before I go. x

I have a necklace in the shop that was found in the street, if you think it might be yours please call me on 01202 422242.
It is broken at the clasp but mendable I would think.
