Kayes Textiles A family run Fabric and Haberdashery shop and sewing school in Westcliff-on-Sea (Southend-on-Sea), Essex New to Kayes Textiles is our own sewing school.

We can provide you with all the 'ingredients' needed for your projects. We can supply a pattern, matching thread, zips, ribbons, elastics, trimmings, buttons and bows to go with your fabrics. You give us the measurements and we will put together your order - you only have to buy the amounts of fabric and haberdashery that you need. Your order will be despatched within 2/3 days of receipt of order,

we will advise you if any of the products are out of stock and offer you an alternative or give you a date when the out of stock product will be available. We specialise in supplying fabrics to Theatres, Dance Schools, Schools, and a myriad of the public who come into our shop looking for fabrics and ideas from our knowledgable staff. There may be occasions when our vast range does not exactly fill your requirements but nothing stops us from seeking your needs from our numerous suppliers. We offer a range of classes from beginners sewing to more advanced, various workshops including bunting making, cushion workshop and patchwork and they all take place on the premises in our upstairs sewing school. No order is too small and no order too large - they all matter and are treated with the same level of care and attention. We take all major Credit and Debit Cards and Paypal and offer a 10% discount to students on all products. I look forward to dealing with you. Helen Silver

The Seven Space in Hawkwell - an holistic educational space for junior and senior Children would be very grateful for any wool/ buttons/ ribbons/ threads/ lace/ old greetings cards etc that you may have lying around / basically any craft items.
