What a few days it’s been! ❤️
We’ve absolutely loved celebrating 1 year of Wine & Words by Watson with so many of you. From raising a glass to sharing stories, laughter, good food and plenty of wine, it’s been the perfect way to celebrate an incredible first year.
And now… we’re ready for Year 2! 🎉
The celebrations may be over, but the wine is still flowing, the coffee is brewing, the books are waiting and we’re ready to welcome you back through our doors.

✨ BEFORE IT WAS WINE & WORDS…
Sometimes, when you walk through the doors now, it’s easy to forget what was here before.
Before the books.
Before the shelves.
Before the wine bottles lined the walls.
Before the coffee machines, the cheeseboards, the events, the laughter and the countless conversations.
There was an empty space… and an idea. 💭
These photographs show the very beginning, before we picked up a paintbrush, before we started transforming the space and before we knew quite how much this little dream would become.
We could see something here.
We imagined what it could be.
A place where people could come together.
A place for books, wine, coffee and conversation.
A place that felt like somewhere you wanted to stay a little longer.
And looking back now, it’s incredible to see just how far that imagination has taken us. ❤️
