We had a proper day off today!
The best experience with Hawkeye Falconry UK at Thoresby Park today - a birthday gift from Phil Netherwood that we managed to arrange after about 18 months! 7 different birds - all different, all magnificent. We learnt so much! Who knew owls had whiskers!

National Grid UK are at last cracking on with the roadworks and the barriers have moved up the street.......we are very much OPEN, as are all the other shops on Queen St! We know it's a nightmare at the mo, but please don't let it put you off coming onto town.

Well done to everyone who collected their A level results yesterday! This memory just came up - myself and Claire Arditto celebrating our results back in 1990! Claire went on to study Physiotherapy in Bradford, and I headed to Guildford to study Food Science and Nutrition.....and I can't ever remember being asked about my results after this! We had literally just landed back from Crete...and are still friends to this day 😍

Please come into town and support your local shops - we really do need you ❤️
Don't forget, we have free local delivery available if you spend over £20, and for the duration of the road works, free delivery to the rest of the country if you spend over £30.
