Just to reiterate again today:
❌ We are SOLD OUT of 30th anniversary stock to preorders. There will be no products going on the shelf ❌
🚫 You CANNOT collect for friends/family etc. The person named on the receipt MUST be present to pick up their order 🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♂️
🚪 We are OPEN from 10am-4pm. The store will be CLOSED outside these hours. 🚪
🛍️ Your orders were picked and packed yesterday. If complete, you will have been notified. If you ordered items that have been delayed, we will not have your whole order available for pickup 🛍️
⛔️ Any rudeness to our staff will not be tolerated and will result in being banned from the store. We cannot be responsible for product delays, they are out of our control. When you come to collect please be patient - we are only 2 people and we expect to be extremely busy and will have a lot of orders to search through to find yours ⛔️
It took us all day yesterday to sort, pick and pack your orders. It was a mammoth effort and blood was spilled (many paper cuts 🤣). We’re super excited to be able to share the celebration collection with you all, but just ask for a bit of common decency to preserve our sanity. This is the biggest release we have ever had in our tiny store, we cannot wait to see all the epic stuff you guys pull 🧡
📣 Pokémon: 30th Celebration Information 📣
We are as excited as all our customers are for the anniversary set release tomorrow, but we just have a few things we’d like to let you know in preparation for what is sure to be a busy day:
❌ Our first wave of stock is fully SOLD OUT. There will not be any items available for purchase on the day.
🚪Our Wednesday opening hours are 10am - 4pm. Please do not arrive outside of these hours as we will be closed. If you are unable to make it tomorrow, do not worry - if you have received a “Your order is ready to collect” notification, we have your items ready for whenever you are able to make it!
‼️ You will need to have your receipt to hand for us to confirm identity and proof of purchase. The person named on the receipt MUST be the person coming to collect their items - we will not be letting orders leave with friends/family etc. This includes adults who have placed orders under their child’s/other family members names - the other family members must be present to pick up their order.
🔔 If you have not received a notification today (Tuesday 15th) to let you know your order is ready, the likelihood is that the items you have ordered are not yet in, but please see the below point for more information.
🐌 There are several items that were on the preorders that have been delayed or do not release until October (Tech Stickers, 2-pack Blisters, Mini Tins & Booster Bundles). If you ordered any of these, we do not have them. If you have an order that contains these as well as the items that do release tomorrow, then the we will have part of your order ready for collection. If you fall into this category, you may not have received notification of your order being ready.
🚫 We will not tolerate any kind of rude behaviour towards our staff members. Any rudeness will be met with an instant ban.
