Celebrating 29 YEARS!🥂
As we reflect today on Burley’s 29th Birthday in Southwell I’d like to thank my team and lovely customers for your great support and dedication over the years!
My aim has always been to inspire, bringing together the finest of greetings cards & gifts and supporting designers & makers that help to make our world a little happier & more beautiful place. Thank you to all my fabulous suppliers, the most incredibly talented, creative groundbreakers many of whom have been with me from the beginning and longer!!!
Burleys was established in Nottingham c.1986 and Southwell opened in 1997 our country outpost!
Our unique collections, exceptional shopping experience and friendly welcome applauded by both those who’ve shopped with us from day one and those that have discovered us more recently, whether in store or online.
Facing “The Future” can at times feel overwhelming as we feel the force of world economics and the tightening of the purse strings that comes with that. But we’ve always believed the best place to start is with people… chitchatting, laughing, sometimes crying, reminiscing and remembering, plotting and planning and sharing positivities!
