Happy Saturday traffic jammerz,

One of our beautiful customers Chris aka "Buncey" came and helped unpack our order yesterday as a lovely favour. This was very kind and so welcome and look, as a Suma member , she had a pride in the products that meant that our jars are now beautifully displayed 😂 come see what is new.

We also have an abundance of delicious fruit and veg just waiting for you. And crust bread and cakes will be in later. I will tip you the wink.

Delicious harvest time bounty.

Back from hols? Check out padron peppers and lovely fresh tomatoes to keep that holiday vibe going. Just drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt either in the frying pan or air fryer, tomatoes dressed with garlic oil. Great on a slice of toasted sourdough.

Veg highlights today include:

Gorgeous purple artichokes, mixed squash, king oyster mushrooms, round yellow courgettes, pin fresh kale, chard and purple sprouting, spring onions, fennel, sweetcorn, Yorkshire cauliflower, mooli/daikon, big bags of beautiful basil.

If you only buy one vegetable from us, buy these carrots. Look at these babies. What is even the point of supermarket carrots compared to these!!! So much flavour and beautiful to look at.

Awesome fruits continue, with perfect seedless grapes, damsons (very rare in commercial markets), kiwiberries (all the good things about kiwis, none of the bad ones), blueberries, mangoes, succulent nectarines.
