Ingredient Information:
Coconut Oil Moisturising and nourishing.Dead Sea Salt Contains 21 minerals that soften and soothe dry skin. Epsom Salt Helps relieve tired and aching muscles. Himalayan Salt Contains 84 minerals that soothe and repair damaged skin and promote renewal. Citric Acid and Bicarbonate of Soda.

Benefits of Bath Salts
Adding just 2 cups of Bath Salt to a warm bath can aid with a wide variety of issues caused by an active lifestyle to promote overall wellness and comfort. For example it can:

How To Use:
To get the full benefit of the bath salts, pour 2 to 4 cups of Epsom Salt, depending on how strong you'd desire the scent to be, under a flowing tap. Try to dissolve the salts as the water is running, which should create a silky texture in your bath water.
Soak for a minimum of 20 minutes, or until you feel fully relaxed, which may be up to 60 minutes.
After your bath, dry yourself thoroughly and cover your skin with light and long-sleeved clothing to keep the heat against your skin. This assists to draw the toxins out of your body through your skin after your bath.
Drink plenty of fresh, cool water, and relax in a stress free environment for at least 30 minutes after your bath as part of a holistic mental wellness routine.
It is safe to bath in bath salts every day, and a warm bath should be enjoyed at least once a week to promote mental health and physical wellbeing.
Epsom salts should not be used if you have an open wound or cut.
Using Bath Salts Without a Bath
If you don’t have a bath in your home it’s still possible to enjoy the health benefits of Epsom Salt by having a relaxing foot soak, or by using Epsom Salt as a scrub.
Simply mix 1 cup of Bath Salts with 1/3 cup of coconut oil and a tablespoon of vitamin E oil to create a nourishing, healing balm.
