Father’s Day looks different when your Dad lives in your heart instead of beside you.
Some people celebrate with cards and gifts.
Some of us celebrate with memories and tears.
We remember the laughter.
The advice we didn’t always listen to.
The hugs we wish we could have one more time.
Grief doesn’t disappear on special days.
Sometimes it feels louder than ever.
If Father’s Day feels difficult, be gentle with yourself.

A little background on my workshop and how my business grew over the last 13 years. Who’d have thought that a tiny old vintage caravan would be the foundation of everything I’ve achieved with my business. I still miss her today. My Betsy 🥰 now all your memory bears are made in my new workshop. I love this one just as much. Such a lovely place to work in and create. A beautiful sewing room. Where the magic happens x

A beautiful memory bear in loving memory of Lucy . Who was sadly taken too soon at just 37 years old. My customer wanted the bear to have two special outfits. One was her beautiful party dress and the other her signature bright rainbow leggings and cosy cardigan. So day to day she can wear her leggings and cardigan. Then on special days she can get changed in to her pretty dress. Such a beautiful way to celebrate those special days and make her a part of them. 🥹

These two dressed bears are so lovely. Memory Bears dressed just as mum and dad would have been. Taking their outfits and scaling them down to bear sized clothing. I love the heart cushion well 💖 bear made using Funky friends factory calico bear pattern

Finally able to show you the bear I made from a wedding dress that was worn in 1973. The dress belonged to Karen’s Mum and has been stored all those years. Now it’s a wedding keepsake and a memory bear in memory of her Mum.
