Sports Massage isn’t just for sports people.. it’s for absolutely anybody!

⭐️ Pre/Post Event Massage - can be performed up to 24 hours before or after an event (post could be up to 72 hours after!) to aid in peak performance & recovery, whether you’ve got a big race coming up, or as simple as a park run!

⭐️ Maintenance Massage - for absolutely anybody to help keep muscles healthy and focus on long term wellness, preventing build up of tension!

⭐️ Targeted Area Massage - for anybody who needs work doing on a specific area of the body for tension & pain relief, for example lower back pain, tight calves, or knots in the upper back from whatever job you do!

Heyyyy 😂 I’m officially calling this month… Manic May 🤪🌺

These are now the ONLY appointments left in MAY with any of our hairstylists 😱

Myself and Charlotte are heading off on a very much needed break to Greece 🇬🇷 which means things have been extraaaa busy before we go while we try to fit everyone in!

Pleasssseeee bear with us while we work through messages and try to find appointments for everyone 💜 I’ve had so many last-minute appointment requests for May, and unfortunately we just can’t accommodate any more than what’s available.

My next available colour appointments are now looking to be mid-June onwards, so please plan ahead where possible ✨

HOWEVER — if you book in for June, I can add you to a cancellation list and contact you if anything sooner becomes available 👏🏼

Also, if you’re unable to attend your appointment, please remember there may be a wait before we can fit you back in.
