🌿📦 Smarty Plants unboxing!

I kind of wish I’d had a packet of Smarties for this unboxing… missed opportunity really 😂🍬

These Smarty Plants sensors were very kindly gifted to me, and I’ve actually been using them for a couple of months now. I wanted to give them a proper try before sharing more about how I’m getting on with them and what I think.

I literally could NOT hold the camera still filming this because LOOK AT THIS LEAF 😭🌿

I’m pretty sure we’re looking at a little cocktail of Iconic + Liquid Gold Leaf, Grow Gang’s amazing grow lights… and, of course, some seriously good genetics from this incredible hybrid created by × . ✨

But OMG… THE LENGTH OF IT?! 😳

I was trying to calmly show you and my hands were basically like… absolutely not 😂

I’m so excited to see what this one does next because if this is where we’re heading… 👀🌿

Because from a distance it’s a Begonia,
but up close it becomes something else entirely.

Silver rivers, deep green shadows and splashes of raspberry pink, all scattered across a leaf covered in the tiniest little hairs.

Nature really does have absolutely no restraint sometimes. 😂🌿

A little Jungle Floor × Escape & Create crossover 🌿🧵

Sharing some of my recent makes using fabrics and patterns I’ve bought from Escape & Create, because apparently my answer to this hot weather has been to make more shorts 😂☀️

Featuring my Opal Shorts and New Look 6891 in some rather fabulous fabrics.

The teal broderie anglaise actually started life white too! I dyed it teal before sewing it up, and I absolutely LOVE how the colour turned out. 🩵

Of course, this is Jungle Floor, so I couldn’t just photograph the clothes normally. There had to be plants involved. 😂🌿
