Our latest project is progressing very well and on time in Somersham. We have worked closely with our clients from the very beginning in producing the architectural drawing for planning and building regs. Emily has redesigned the existing ground floor layout with a two storey rear extension to maximise the space already available, allowing for the clients dream kitchen and dining area.

A successful Kitchen renovation included a wall knock through and new Bifold doors that open out to a stunning garden. This build was scaled back from an extension to a renovation project following a consultation with Rob from Robert James Cambridge. We were able to make clever use of the floor area our clients already had to create an open plan kitchen-dining room.

Completed just in time for Christmas 2021, Rob and his team transformed a derelict property back into a light and spacious family home in Huntingdon. Rob brought in “fresh ideas and a creative approach”. This property renovation was quite involved with side and rear extension, full internal works and landscaping. We have been working with our clients in Alconbury to design an extension to suit the character of the property and surrounding area while providing the much needed space for a growing family. We have removed the conservatory and currently working to create a generous family room, office space and larger master bedroom with en-suite. The build is progressing swiftly since installing the beams and with the help of who have measured all openings for bifold doors and windows.
