If you are not satisfied with an item please contact me within 24 hours upon receipt and not beyond 30 days from your order date. I will accept return of the item in its original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact me before returning any items. Once I have received the item/s, I will inspect it and will then refund the full purchase amount minus original shipping costs. Please read the item description before you purchase an item. All cushions sold at Emma's Cushion are 18 inch and include a hollow fibre filler. All cushions have a plain envelope back, in a coordinating colour and overlocked seams to ensure quality. I take pride in my work and I hope your happy with your purchase.
