I had a good day using the baits my self down the one of local day ticket waters at Bishtonfarmpools with Ryan Garratley and his son max, fishing pool one on the pole and feeder, we struggled to catch any carp that day on the maggots or corn, a pool favourite at the venue, using the crayami pink wafters split in two, provided me a quick succession of a brace of 6 or 7 carp all on the crayami wafters along side one of there biggest residents a lovely low double ghostie common for my first proper fish that day what gave a right good scrap along side the commons present, before switching off the pole what only provided us all with bits that day but i even managed triping one up for max too play in on the argon 2 feeder rod from Browning and of course a Okuma Carp Okuma Freshwater UK reel, before we headed home to finish it of on a good successful fishing trip for us all

Mr Hempz Particle mixes, wafters and 2mm an 3mm pellets as a method mix, soaked in my fresh h**p cook water, while i occassonally feeding 6mm and 8mm pellet via the catipult 3x per fish did the job

I'm always asked why only the red maize,
Well red maize is actually 20% higher in protein, plus it has anthocyanins an phlobaphenes for health benifits and is just a better feed for fish and animals alike, as we all know maize is mainly a filler bait, you want somthing going in your lakes thats at least beneficial for the fishs growth along side making a good bed for them to feed on too keep you catching

Up at windermere on holiday i got too sneak out and bring some gear along with me testing out the 3mm and wafters iv hand rolled on the uks biggest water catching every night i wemt on few different locations, having aload of bream, and my first ever freshwater eel what was a blooming hand full say the least using my trex okuma reel and 8ft omc heist rod that can get me fishing in any situation along side a cheaky feeder or two using okuma barbarians reel and carbonite feeder rod, the venues a very daunting, were too start sort venue being englands biggest water source, with its 14 odd miles long and 2km wide with depths of 260ft+ in places, its a trick too feel confitable fishing it, i was fishing 3oz frippa feeder lead from korum too hold bottom at range/ in the open channel areas of it and then 25 too 35gram feeders in the sand/silty weedy bay area i fished were its protected from the currents and softer ground compared too the boulder and rockey shore lines with big drop offs were the bream like too hunker down and try and snag you along up the shelf and on shelf with the boulders its quite a fun sport feeling em bump onto a boulder hold you off wrapping up the carp rod for it too bump over and hopefully you get it in or they bump you off and get away its abit more fun fishing for em in the m conditions, supermaning the rod and reel abover your head too get better high advantage bringing them up quick or if i was just going for fishing trip youd have waders too wade out too em 30/50yards and gain that advantage point away from the shelf and up and in sooner, love going uo there i go every year with my family and have too sneak a few rods out when i can while im up there even if the weather horrendous with down poors
