Dear Penkridge,

For those who don’t know me yet, I’m Mick — the owner of The Phone Shop.

I’ve been working in phones and tech for over 10 years now, and in that time I’ve repaired hundreds of devices. From cracked screens and battery issues to the phones people thought were beyond saving — I’ve seen it all.

Tech has always been my thing. I’m the person friends, family and customers come to when something stops working or they need straight advice. If there’s a solution, I’ll find it.

Over the years I’ve built a strong network in the industry, which means I can source quality phones and accessories at some of the best prices possible — without cutting corners. I believe in fair deals and looking after the people who support local businesses.

This shop isn’t just work for me. It’s something I’ve built, something I take pride in, and something I want the community to trust.
