Behind the scenes of a Love Your Swagger bag 👜✨

Ever wondered what goes into creating the shape of our bags?

Here, the leather is carefully placed over a mould and worked with a wooden mallet to shape and mould it into the curved form needed for the bag.

It’s a simple-looking process, but it takes skill, patience and precision to get that shape just right. 🤎

And this is what I love about our bags — they’re not mass-produced, identical bags you’ll see everywhere.

They’re made using real leather that would otherwise have gone to waste, giving beautiful materials a second life. ♻️🌍

The lovely feedback, the messages, the sales and seeing customers wearing them makes me realise just how special they are.

These aren’t mass-produced bags that you’re going to see hanging on every shop shelf. They’re made from real leather offcuts that could otherwise have ended up in landfill, giving beautiful materials a second life.

Feeling motivated this week! 💙✨

Sometimes you don’t realise how much you need a little change of scenery until you get it.

The Canalside market gave me more than just a weekend of selling — it gave me a little boost. The lovely atmosphere, chatting to people, meeting fellow stallholders and simply stepping away from the usual madness for a couple of days has left me feeling refreshed and ready to get things done.

I’ve come home with a renewed sense of motivation for Love Your Swagger — from working on the website to planning new ideas and getting excited about what’s next. 👜✨

Sometimes you just need that little reset to remind yourself why you started in the first place.

Here’s to a productive week and lots of good things ahead! 💙♻️
