Throughout September, we’ve been inviting customers to complete a short survey in any of our shops. We’re keen to know why you visit, what you enjoy and what you’d like us to improve.
As a thank you for sharing your thoughts, you’ll receive a discount voucher to use in October.

Please check before you donate!

Our new website makes it easier for you to see whether your local Katharine House Hospice shop is currently accepting donations - helping you avoid a wasted journey.

We’re always incredibly grateful for your support and generous donations. We only pause accepting them when absolutely necessary, usually because a shop has temporarily reached capacity.

Our Hednesford shop is not currently accepting donations but will be able to welcome them again from Wednesday 16 September.

Each shop’s webpage will now show its current donation status, so you can check before setting off.
