Welcome to Amelia J's Crafting - I am Sam and based in North Dorset. Up to now I worked in advertising for 20 years and then the last 20 years in education. Recently, I made the decision to change direction and follow my dreams...

I have always loved sewing and this started when I was at school. We couldn't afford lots of clothing so I made my

own...particularly jumpsuits which I was well known for!! I have attempted many crafts (and still love to experiment) and am lucky enough to have my own craft room at home. Then I went on to make my children's clothing but a busy life of children, family and work took over. Now, I have resurrected my love of fabric & crafting and channelled it into this new business. It is all work in progress but I aim to add crafting products as well as my handmade items. Thank you for supporting me and please continue to watch the shop evolve.

This week, I had a chance to replenish my stand at 😁

Everything is handmade - I had a comment last week at a fair saying 'there's no way this is handmade!'
It made me cross at first but then I took it as a massive compliment! 😍
I can assure you we DO make everything bar the fabrics / card!! We even make our own packaging!

New to the stand is ribbon bunting in bright colours.

Also, the introduction of felt garlands....namely a selection of rabbit & floral designs .....more to come 😁
