Hey all just another reminder! Please note orders take 7-10 WORKING DAYS to make before dispatch during busy or extremely hot weather it may take longer! I hand make all your orders specifically for you. I do not hold stock and each customer is made in order of me receiving that order and I do have a large customer base. I have made this clear on all socials and is clear on the website so can I please ask you take into consideration when ordering and not follow up until the time has lapsed. I will always try to get out sooner if humanly possible but cannot guarantee hence the timeline x every customer order is priority x
I will always message you when your order is ready to collect and chasing an order will not get it done any faster! This is a small family business that I work alone not a large enterprise! If it will take longer than the time frame due to illnesses, my children or other commitments I will let you know! Also my working hours are 9-5.30 Monday to Friday so any messages etc will not be answered out of these hours automatic messages tell you this also during arranged holidays x I do not work weekends or evenings as I have 2 little children and a home to focus on so pick ups and enquiries will not be answered during this time x
I work hard to serve you all as best I can but if the above does not suit you then I’m very sorry but I cannot be the business you require x
Sorry for the long message but I’m aware there may be new customers or customers that are not aware or have forgotten x I look forward to making your products and thankyou for your continued support and understanding ###x

Just a reminder please note the lovely ladies in bettys only sell my products for me or take requests so if you have any questions or want to check order status and anything else of any kind please message me directly xx also can I please ask you are polite when collecting as it’s been brought to my attention that they have encountered rudeness from a minuet number customers which has really upset them and myself! I will not make further orders for those found to be rude to any of the ladies xx the ladies go above and beyond to help my small business grow and provide me with a platform to sell my products making it convenient for customers to buy off shelf xx again they do not make orders have in depth knowledge of products or have any control over the sales or products they simply just sell them for me! I will say it’s a very small number but small is still not acceptable xx many thanks to those customers that are polite and courteous and make jolly nose the lovely little business it is ###
