Shipping
UK Shipping
We aim to ship your order within 24 hours of purchase, unless the item is a pre-order item. In the case of a pre-order item, we will update you with the progress of your order. All UK orders are sent through the Royal Mail as "Second Class Royal Mail Signed For" meaning that
they should be delivered within 3-5 days. Next Day delivery orders will be sent within 24 hours of purchase and will be sent through the Royal Mail as "Next Day Royal Mail Signed For"

Next Day Delivery costs £5.00
Shipping is free on orders over £50.00
Local Delivery
STYLED offers local delivery if you live within 1km of the "Great Ashby Stevenage" region. We aim to deliver parcels within 2 days. If you choose this option, please contact me before through the email address to make sure local delivery is available at your address
Local Delivery costs £2.00
International Shipping
We offer shipping to these countries; the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain. All orders are sent through 'Royal Mail Tracked' and therefore should take between 3-5 days to arrive. Due to Brexit, some countries may apply custom taxes. However, we are not able to cover this from our end. Therefore, if you purchase an item through the international shipping method, STYLED is not liable for any extra taxes or costs and you accept that when purchasing through the website. International Shipping costs £10.00
Shipping is free on orders over £100.00
Returns and Refunds
We hope that you love your items and therefore won't need to return them! However, if you want to return the items, simply send an email to the email listed on this page and we will get back to you on how to return you item and where to send it. Please include your order number, a contact email or phone number and reason the for return or exchange. We won't accept any returns that;
Have been worn
Are damaged or broken
Are sent later than 14 days of receiving the item
We don't offer pre-paid shipping labels, so all returns must be paid by the buyer. We also won't accept refunds on returns that have not reached us due to a lost parcel. If you wish to exchange, just let us know what size or colour you would like to exchange your original product with. Our refunds will be processed within 5-7 days of receiving the item through the original payment method.
If your parcel has not turned up or is delayed, we don't offer refunds or a re-send of the product. This is because we ship all products signed for to ensure that they reach the buyer. Please take up the issue with Royal Mail as once we send it, we have no control over the package. We will of course try to help in anyway possible but we can't guarantee the outcome of the Royal Mails decision regarding the package.
