Engineered Wood (The Foundation): Best used in high-traffic, communal areas like hallways, living rooms, and kitchens. It provides a sleek, grounded, and premium architectural foundation.
Patterned Carpet (The Statement): Perfect for transitional zones like staircases, entryways, or formal dining rooms. A patterned runner or wall-to-wall carpet injects personality and cleverly hides footprints or dirt.
