I hear you! Just last week a new enquiry told me she was so relieved to find me because she was struggling to find anyone who catered to her colourful and less "seen-before" style. It's such a common feeling, and honestly, it’s why I love what I do.

It's important you remember this when planning your wedding...do the things that make you happy.

Now I'm not saying disregard or disrespect everyone in your family and friends but if something is causing you stress...it is time to have some hard conversations.

Now finding a balance between business and family doesn't mean your wedding flowers are any less important or precious to me.

It actually means I am in the best head space when I come to designing and creating your wedding flowers. I am refreshed feeling good and that my family feels important. Something that fully puts my mind and ease.

This last year and a half has been wild...I had baby number two, negotiated his health issues (pretty sure he is all good now- just one test to go), managing two, Maternity Allowance (a mind field) and juggled a scaled back version of my business.

I still had weddings in the diary which I loved and thanks to my mum mostly and hubby I was able to manage those. It is the behind the scenes stuff that I got behind on. The Social Media side, updating my website, attending wedding fairs, networking, all the things that are needed to get in front of your lovely engaged couples who are getting married this year.

It's often the case that couples come to you 12-18 months in advance so you can imagine with that little baby being 16 months I am feeling the effects this year.

I am fully back and have been for a while now and getting back out there and have some awesome later booking couples booked in for this year (thank you).

This week I have taken on an Instagram challenge to hopefully boost the amount of engaged couples who love fun, colour and personality in their flowers finding me on here.

So here is my final call of the week, engaged couples hoping to get married in 2027/2028 give me a shout. I'd love to chat in a free online consultation all about your wedding.
