Why do you only promise same day dispatch if ordered before 12pm? 🕛

This is a question I get asked A LOT and I understand why.

Before I ran my own business I wondered why companies had an early cut off time when surely they will be working all day?

My children are home educated and on afternoons we go outside… climb trees, play football, make dens, go to the park, go on a scooter ride or just have a garden adventure… whatever the weather, we down tools, and get outside.

One day those 12pm deadlines won’t exist but for now, I am going to soak up every memory and cherish it.

I do try and make exceptions for those who have paid for express delivery 🚚

This can’t just be me? 🥴

I wake up at 5am to get over night orders designed, printed and packaged. I spend another two hours at lunchtime designing, printing and packaging the mornings orders and often don’t get to sleep until after midnight to make sure all my orders are dispatched within 24 hours… but yet Royal Mail seem to think it is acceptable to take a week or more to deliver them when they say 1st class is 24 hours?!

Throughout August we will be highlighting the importance of accessible and compassionate breastfeeding support.
