🏡 Luxury Flooring Installation – Wynyard Park Project
We recently completed flooring throughout this stunning Cavendish property at Wynyard Park in collaboration with W4Homes, in one of the North East’s most sought-after developments. The brief was to create a seamless, high-end finish throughout the home using a combination of natural wood and premium tile flooring.
✨ Flooring Installed Throughout The Property:
🪵 Living Room & Hallway
Installed with beautiful engineered oak flooring, adding warmth, character and a timeless look that flows perfectly through the main living areas.
✨ Kitchen, Dining & Utility Areas
Finished with polished porcelain tiles, giving these busy spaces a sleek, modern feel while offering durability and easy maintenance.
🛁 Bathrooms & En-Suites
Completed with large format marble polished porcelain tiles, creating a clean, contemporary finish designed to handle everyday moisture while elevating the overall look of the spaces.
The combination of engineered wood and polished porcelain tiles creates a perfect balance of luxury, practicality and long-lasting performance.
