For the last 3 years, From Longton & Proud CIC has been helping local families access school uniform through The Little Longton Uniform Exchange at Longton Exchange.
And today, we're opening the doors again as we get ready for the new September school year!

The Little Longton Uniform Exchange has been running all year round because we know families don't only need school uniform in September.
Children grow, sizes change, things get worn out and sometimes you suddenly need an extra jumper, a new pair of trousers or something you weren't expecting.
That's why we've continued to make school uniform available throughout the year, with items available free or at very low cost. What we have available can naturally vary, but the Uniform Exchange is always here for local families who need it.
With September just around the corner, we're bringing it back into the Pop-Up Shop so families can come along and see what's available for the new school year.

For three years, this little project has been about much more than school uniform. It's about making sure families have somewhere local to turn when they need a little extra help.
