Ready for 2018-2019 ❤️
We began 2018 with our candle subscription box. I love putting a new fragrance together each month and can’t believe it has been going for 8 years. Now includes wax melts and tealights.
We got our first stockist and forever grateful to KJ Macdonald shop in Stornoway.
Started building the SBC team with Emma and Kate Emma MacAulay .muir.5815
Got rid of plastic packaging starting with our wax melts
Moved out of home and got a workshop in town. It was so good to start getting that work life balance back in sync.
Was chosen by Theo Paphitis to attend Spring & Autumn Fair for our first trade show. Never been more out of my comfort zone but met some amazing people and learned so much!
Met and made some cool candles for Kjs Bothy Bakery Kirsten Gilmour and had Andrew McAlindon come over for a whisky candle.

What an amazing 2 years! See what we got up to for 2020-2021 tomorrow

This week is about celebrating 10 years of Sandwick Bay candles. I can’t believe I started making candles 10 years ago. Have spent too much time tonight looking at photos from over the years and am excited to show you some memories over the next few days.
We will be celebrating on Saturday at the Workshop so come along for some fun, candles, coffee and bubbles. We are hoping the weather will be kind so we can have a sausage sizzle where will be raising money for Austism Eilean Siar
