Even though I was at a print workshop in Dudley with the awesome I still managed to find a little bit of time for some collage.
I have to say that this is not the best bit of collage I’ve ever done but it is the first bit since the end of last year so it was nice to be back in the saddle and up and running.
It is easy to assume that as artists we are constantly on the work. However, sometimes it’s just not possible and we must be kind to ourselves and remember that process is process and gaps and fallow periods are all part of that process.
Therefore, I am giving myself a good old pat on the back for getting this piece done and I feel much better for it…
