Stourbridge Carboot at Stourbridge Rugby Club

Hi Folks 🤗

We wanted to let you know in advance that due to the amount of rain forecast we have made the decision to finish this years boot early.

With the long period of dry, hot weather the pitches were really suffering and the grass was sparse.
The heavy rain is adding to the deterioration and the ground needs time to recover for the rugby season 😟

Thank you all for your support during 2026 and we look forward to welcoming you back in May 2027 🤗

Hi folks,

Due to the current weather warnings regarding thunder, lightening and flash floods we cannot hold an event in those unsafe conditions.

Therefore we have decided to cancel the boot for the 26th August 2026.

Please take into consideration that not everyone is on social media so if you do see anyone around you smoking please inform a member of staff and we will speak to them.

⛔️Temporary Smoking Ban ⛔️

With immediate effect, the Committee wishes to advise all staff, volunteers, members, visitors and users that smoking is temporarily banned throughout the grounds of Stourbridge Rugby Club.

This decision has been taken following recent events and is necessary to help protect the surrounding farmland, our neighbours and the club’s facilities.

We appreciate that this is an important change, but we ask everyone to respect the decision and support us in keeping the club and its surroundings safe.

We will provide a further update and confirm when the temporary ban is lifted.
