Well....the time has come....its the end of an era 😢

Marks Fishing Tackle will sadly be closing its door on Thursday 30th June. We will be open Wednesday and Thursday this week...

Wednesday 29th 8.30 - 1pm
Thrursday 30th 8.30 - 1pm ( or until everyone has gone)

We ( Helen & Nina) and family would like to thank each and everyone of you who has kindly supported Mark and ourselves over the last 30yrs and especially the last, very difficult 6 months.

We would also like to thank (and can't thank them enough) all the lads who have kindly given their time to help us in the shop...sorting, clearing, serving, packing bags and making the tea....we certainly couldn't have done it with out you.

Marks friends have become our friends and we're going to miss you all so much, so please, if you can, call in and see us on our final couple of days, there will be more bargains to be had

Again...Thank You All and we look forward to seeing you xx

The shop has only two more weeks of trading after today.

Next week (June 23rd - 25th) we will be open Thurs to Saturday from 8.30 - 1pm.

There is still a wide range of terminal tackle for coarse, carp and predator anglers. everything discounted 50% against marked prices, with special larger ticket items priced as shown. Floats, hooks and feeders all £1 each.
There are also barbel, carp and feeder rods in stock, if you cant see it on display in the shop, enquire with the team as there are rods and pole spares out the back.

Helen and Nina want to thank you all for the continued support in what has been an incredibly challenging and difficult time for everyone who knew and loved Mark. We have made the decision to close the shop permanently as off Thursday June 30th. There is still a significant amount of stock in the shop so please drop by and help clear this.
Opening times and dates will be as follows:

Thurs, Fri and Saturday each week to Saturday 25th June
Wednesday June 29th 8.30 - 2pm
Thursday June 30th 8.30 - 2pm

With the river season fast approaching, this is an opportunity to stock up on feeders / floats and hooks (all £1 each). Some images below to give an example of what is still available

Feeders, hooks, floats all £1.00 each, Branded T-shirts and polo shirts £8.50, joggers £15.00. Special pricing on other clothing and high value items. A generic 50% discount at till will be applied to anything not already discounted.
