Saturday's Trail Cancelled.

Unfortunately due to the predicted storm and wind conditions we have had to make the decision to cancel Saturday's Illuminated Garden Trail.

Those booked will receive an email (provided correct email addresses were entered at the time of booking) with options.

We are extremely sorry to have to cancel but safety is a priority, for customers and staff.

Hello everyone,

As you can understand, we have had to also cancel tomorrow's Illuminated Garden Trail (Sunday 24th) due to the high winds.

We are obviously devastated but this is out of our hands. An email has been sent to all those who were booked for tomorrow (as well as today). With options surrounding their booking.

Please stay safe, safety is our priority and hopefully we can rebook you all to experience the magic before the trail ends on the 18th December.

Important Announcement: Saturday Bookings Cancelled

We regret to inform you that due to the forecasted storm and high winds, we have no choice but to cancel all bookings for this Saturday. Safety is our top priority, and unfortunately, the conditions are beyond our control.

To ensure you don’t miss out, we will be converting your booking into a gift voucher so you can rebook for another available date and time slot. This has been emailed to all those booked on Saturday. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this unpredictable weather.
