Want to trade at one of the Midlands' most popular food festivals?
Applications are still open for the Stratford-upon-Avon Food Festival, taking place on Saturday 19th & Sunday 20th September 2026.
Delivered in partnership with Stratford Upon Avon BID , the festival attracts thousands of visitors from across the region, with a fantastic mix of local residents, day visitors and tourists exploring over 100 food and drink traders throughout the weekend.
We're looking for high-quality:

🧀 Artisan Food Producers
🍰 Bakers & Sweet Treats
🍺 Craft Beer, Wine & Spirits
☕ Hot & Cold Drinks
🌱 Vegan & Vegetarian Specialists
🫒 Gourmet Produce, Oils & Preserves
🌶️ Spices, Seasonings & Sauces
🪵 Food-related Gifts & Kitchenware (such as chopping boards, knives and serving accessories)
Please note: This is a dedicated food and drink festival, so all traders must be 100% food and drink related. This includes street food, artisan produce, baked goods, confectionery, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, spices, sauces, kitchenware and other food-related products. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept applications from general retail traders.
