Street Market is going ahead this Thursday!

There's a few new faces to come and check out this week, we have Kings Gardening, offering various indoor and outdoor plants to decorate your home with.

We also have Little India starting offering Indian street food to add to the offering of delicious worlds foods available at Street!

Our regular traders are all here offering the best local goods in the area so come and support your local high street and check out the market at the same time!

Street Market will be on again this Thursday!

The weather is looking perfect for it and we have our usual traders in ready to offer the best local goods in the area.

Wells Bus Users group will be down giving out information about the new timetables so make sure you come down to stay informed and grab something to treat yourself with while you're down!

We are sorry about the low trader turnout last week, some weeks it doesn't come together and last week was one of them, mainly due to the hot weather. Traders don't really want to trade in 35 degrees of heat, it was pretty hot out there.

Come and join us in the High Street tomorrow and we will go again, 9am-3pm.

Street Market will be on again this Thursday with 17 traders so come and see the range of local goods we are offering from the best local businesses around!

We will have everything from weekly essentials such as fruit and veg or pet supplies, clothing for yourself of the littles ones, plenty of delicious street food and a range of garden decorations , plants and figurines to treat yourself to!

We have had to make a change to running the market in Street tomorrow, after review by Street Parish Council.

We are sorry to say that tomorrow's market will NOT be running, due to the high temperatures forecast. Please see complete wording from the Parish Council here below.

Dear traders, customers and community members.

Due to the current red weather warning for extreme heat and humidity we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Street Thursday Market this week in the interest of public safety.

The forecast conditions present significant health and safety risk for traders, staff and visitors and we believe cancelling the event is the most responsible course of action.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and continued support.

We look forward to welcoming you back at the next Market under safer conditions. In the meantime, please stay safe, stay hydrated and take care.
