A Little Advance Notice…

Over the next few days we’ll be photographing and preparing one of the most extraordinary pieces we’ve had the pleasure of handling for some time — an early 1950s red velvet opera coat of remarkable quality and presence.

Before it makes its way online, the coat will remain available to view here in the shop.

As always, visitors to Time After Time have the opportunity to see, try on and purchase pieces before they are listed elsewhere, and the in-store price will be lower than the eventual online price.

Whether you’re a collector, a lover of vintage fashion, or simply curious to see a truly spectacular garment, do drop by and take a look while it’s still with us.

🌸 Fresh from Sandra’s Garden 🌸

When the season is right, we occasionally have small bunches of freshly cut flowers available at Time After Time — lovingly grown, raised and harvested by Sandra herself.

Today we have beautiful pom-pom roses paired with fragrant rosemary, freshly gathered and ready to brighten a home, kitchen table, or thoughtful gift.

Nothing imported, nothing mass-produced — just seasonal flowers, picked by hand and available while they last.

Pop in and treat yourself to a little piece of the garden. 🌹🌿

Yesterday we sold a beautiful 1940s mink stole.

Alongside it went summer shirts, jewellery for every occasion, and a host of other treasures.

The modern high street likes to tell us what season we’re in. One week it’s sunglasses, the next it’s scarves. But we’ve never quite seen things that way.
