Butterrow Blooms

Hi everyone, as we enter spring, I have a Butterrow Blooms update for you all....

I'm afraid i've had to make the very hard decision this year not to run Butterrow Blooms. It's a decision i've really wrestled with and i wanted to let you all know why I've come to this decision....

I've started a full time job and with my 2 girls being so little it doesn't feel possible to run the pop ups too. I'm still hoping to revive the business in a few years time when the girls are older, but for this year and probably next year I'm going to stick to fullfilling my plant-love by gardening with my girls in our own garden, which they are delighted about!

This thank you is to our new best friends! Tetbury Goods Shed and the people of tetbury! Thank you for seeing our potential and offering us a monthly pop up at the goodshed, it's been wonderful having the opportunity to get to know tetbury and see familiar faces at each pop up. We'll be back next spring for sure!

To finish off our first season of popping up with our plants I want to say Thank you to some very special people who supported us in our first year.....
This one is for Winstones Ice Cream who said yes when I rocked up at their door asking if they'd be up for hosting our first ever pop up... their answer was ' I love plants, I love supporting new businesses, what a great idea... of course we will'. Thank you Winstones for opening our first door.

The pop ups are over for this year.....
But we will be back in the spring, we are busy figuring out how to get a polytunnel in a slopey stroud garden so next year we can bring you an array of plants grown by our own hands! Wish us luck with that!

So excited to be part of this great event, popping-up at westonbirt school for their open garden.

We are delighted to be able to open both the house and gardens again on Sunday 8th August offering hourly tours of the house with an experienced guide in groups of no more than 15. You are then free for a leisurely wander in the stunning grade 1 listed gardens. Doors open 10.30am with our first tour at 11am - last tour and entry is 3pm with grounds closing at 4.30pm.
