The difference in 3 1/2 weeks!! Make sure you see both videos! I promised I’d show how my pot developed over the season. Here it is a couple of weeks later! What a difference! This will continue to flourish with the gaura at the back about to explode into colour! Can’t wait!! We’ve got lots of these ready for sale at the shop or look back on my reels and have a go at doing your own - there’s still plenty of time!

New Local Product!!
Producer: Jo Living, lives in Bulls Cross
Apple Cider Vinegar along with Apple Cider Vinegar with Turmeric and Pepper Tonic both with Live Mother.

There’s lots of talk around Apple Cider Vinegar. It is widely used to support gut health, boost digestion, aid in weight management, and help regulate blood sugar levels due to its high acetic acid content.

Do you use it and if so how? As a drink? In dressings? Let me know!

Plants helping each other out!!! Salvias, Nepeta and Scabiosas all attract pollinators that feed on aphids so a great tip is to plant them near your Roses to keep the aphids away!!
