WE have a mountain of
freshly laundered cotton sheets,
duvet covers, pillowcases,
towels and bed covers!
PLUS a stack of wool blankets,
throws and other cosy covers.
WE ARE CLEARING OUT
all our clothing!!!
WE have some fabulous
very old bits of lace clothing,
lots of old bags & silk scarves,
MORE fat quarters
and vintage fabrics,
SOME very useful kitchenwares
and as always and
whole load of
other super interesting
and exciting bits & bobs!!!
Including LOTS of coathangers!

and pillowcases,
all washing line dried
in the glorious Cotswold
countryside!
They will be all at the market

SO, SO ANGRY!!!!!
Who are these mad, mad
people in the world,
who make a lovely stainless steel
whistling kettle
and then coat it
in a coloured plastic film
that partially melts
in the dishwasher?????
It doesn’t even say NOT
to put it in a dishwasher!!!
The kettle was filthy,
covered in thick grease
which should have been
NO problem at all
and it has cleaned up
beautifully but
at the cost of sending
a shed load of plastic
particles out
into the environment!
And it must surely
be super fire hazard
if you you unwittingly
put it over a naked flame!
WHAT A TOTAL WASTE!!!

from near & far
to our little MONDAY market!
After some serious rummaging
and refreshments from
in the market The Yard Cafè
fabulous vintage tablecloths,
fabric, crockery, old photos
and all sorts of other
old treasures were
happily scooped up
and whisked away
to new homes!!!!
SEE YOU NEXT MONDAY
when we do it all again!
